Meet Banzai

We're happy to be working with Banzai, our financial literacy partner who provides educational articles and courses for us, and our members. Learn more about them!
How can I get started with financial literacy?

The articles on this page link back to Banzai, our financial wellness partner. Banzai has three courses to choose from: Banzai Junior, Banzai Teen, and Banzai Plus; members of any age can get started with financial literacy or boost their knowledge! Did we mention this is a free program? Visit comfirstcu.banzai.org/wellness to get started on your learning journey.

I want this material for my classroom! What can I do?

We want this generation of students NOT to repeat the financial mistakes made by adults, elected officials and captains of industry during the past decades. To that end, Community First provides an in-class, informational, participatory (and somewhat entertaining) Financial Literacy presentation to local classrooms. Syllabus includes: ease of saving loose change, smart spending & budgeting, intro of credit scores and why they are so important, and what it all means for college and jobs. Plus Q & A. Takes about 45 minutes, inclusive. To schedule, e-mail rnystrom@comfirstcu.org
